Terms of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms of Sale govern the sales of virtual decoration services using artificial intelligence offered by MENTAT (SAS with share capital of 500€, RCS Paris 991 477 902, registered office: 50 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris) on the website homer-stage.com.

2. Services Offered

Homer Stage offers the following services:

• Virtual decoration: Transformation of empty room images into furnished images using AI
• Video generation: Creation of virtual tours from images
• Subscription plans: Free (3 credits), Starter (80 credits/month), Pro (250 credits/month), Agency (500 credits/month)

Pricing: 1 credit = 1 transformed image. 1 video = 5 credits.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes and include applicable VAT.

• Free Plan: €0 (3 credits offered upon registration)
• Starter Plan: See pricing on the Pricing page
• Pro Plan: See pricing on the Pricing page
• Agency Plan: See pricing on the Pricing page

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes do not apply to current subscriptions.

4. Order and Payment

The order is confirmed after full payment by credit card via Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Access to the service is immediate after payment validation.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if you have started using the service (consumption of credits) with your express agreement and your acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. Refund

In case of withdrawal within 14 days and if no credits have been consumed, the full refund will be made within 14 days by the same payment method.

No refund is possible after credit consumption or expiration of the withdrawal period.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month or year depending on the chosen plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Unused credits at the end of the subscription are forfeited.

8. Warranties and Limitations

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated results may vary in quality.

MENTAT does not guarantee that the service will be available permanently and without interruption.

9. Intellectual Property

Your images: You retain all rights to the images you upload.

Generated images: Images created by Homer Stage belong to you and can be used freely for commercial purposes.

10. Invoicing

An invoice is available on request at: mentat.lab@gmail.com

11. Disputes

In case of dispute, the customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method.

Applicable law: These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
