1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (ToU) define the rules for accessing and using the Homer Stage service available on homer-stage.com, published by MENTAT (RCS Paris 991 477 902).

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Registration and Account

Using the service requires creating an account with a valid email address.

Your obligations:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activity from your account

4. Service Description

Homer Stage allows you to:

• Upload photos of empty rooms or rooms to decorate
• Transform these images into furnished rooms via artificial intelligence
• Generate virtual tour videos
• Download and use the results for commercial purposes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with the law and these Terms
• Only upload images for which you hold the rights
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes

It is prohibited to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or pornographic content
• Share your credentials with third parties
• Use the service for automated activities (bots, scraping)
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data

6. Credit System

• 1 credit = 1 image transformation
• 5 credits = 1 video generation
• Credits are valid during the subscription period
• Unused credits expire at the end of the period
• Credits are neither refundable nor transferable

7. Intellectual Property

User content: You retain all rights to your uploaded images. By using the service, you grant MENTAT a license to process your images to provide the service.

Generated results: Generated images and videos belong to you. You can use them freely, including for commercial purposes.

Platform: The site, its design, code, and brand are the property of MENTAT.

8. Limitation of Liability

MENTAT strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee:

• Permanent service availability
• Absence of errors or interruptions
• Quality or satisfaction of AI-generated results

MENTAT cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from service use.

9. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

MENTAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent use of the service
• Non-payment
• Illegal activities

You can delete your account at any time from settings.

11. Modifications to Terms

MENTAT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications are effective upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
